Startap (ABN 51 419 203 064) is a Melbourne business providing NFC Google review cards and review management to local small businesses. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose personal information.

What we collect

• Enquiries: your name, business name, suburb, phone, email, the plan you're interested in and any message you send.
• Clients: billing details (processed by our payment provider; we don't store full card numbers), delivery address, and your Google review link.
• Track and Manage clients: access to your Google Business Profile, including reviews and review responses, and statistics about how often your card is tapped. We do not collect personal information about the people who tap your card beyond standard technical data (such as device type and time of tap).
• Website: basic analytics about how visitors use our site.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries, set up and deliver your service, send reports and alerts, bill you, and meet our legal obligations. We don't sell your information or share it for marketing.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run our business, including website hosting, email, payment processing and business software. Some of these providers may store information outside Australia, including in the United States. We only share what they need to provide their service to us.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep it only as long as needed to provide our service and meet legal requirements, then delete it.

Access and correction

You can ask to access, update or delete your information at any time by emailing charlie@startap.com.au.

Complaints

If you have a privacy concern, email charlie@startap.com.au. We'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
